STAAD.Pro models can also be integrated with ProjectWise, in which the software can utilize the imported model for project collaboration and management. STAAD.Pro models can be imported to OpenSTAAD so that these models can be transferred to other third-party applications. Other softwares developed by the same company, Bentley, can be used in conjunction with STAAD.Pro. STAAD.Pro is adept at analyzing time dependent effects, such as creep, shrinkage, and cracking of concrete. STAAD.Pro is used for both linear static and non-linear analysis. The new SAP2000 v18 can now generate stability checks for nonlinear load cases, as well as, exporting its models into Revit Structure. Moreover, it has everything you need for basic modelling and analysis, such as a library of section sizes and properties, inputs for wind and seismic loads, functions that generate output reports and graphical results, and international design codes. It has a single friendly user interface and provides templates for predefined complicated structures. Most people will use it to design water tanks, bridges, etc. From transportation facilities to public works, it is widely used for its static analysis of structures for general usage. I have shut down my design practice and no longer have a use for SoftPlan. I can also include my 'Learning SoftPlan' and 'Drawing with SoftPlan' books if desired (free tutorials are available online, so these aren't required, but available optionally). This is a brand new 2018 version of SoftPlan 3D architectural home design software, including the required copy protection key. I will be taking care of the substantial license transfer fee, so your cost is legitimately only $1500 for the latest version of SoftPlan (with the required key from SoftPlan). I've pasted my Kijiji ad text below and attached an image that shows the current cost of SoftPlan 2018. I'm selling my license for $1500 - almost half of what a new license would cost. If you're looking for design software or SoftPlan, specifically, then this should be of interest. SoftPlan is an all-in-one CAD/3D modeling software that is (in my experience) incredibly easy to use.
Because I'm no longer designing homes, I have a SoftPlan 2018 license that I don't have further use for. I'm showing up here as I exit the industry.
